Nina Pace is a painter, illustrator and surface designer based just outside of New York City, where she lives with her husband and their two young daughters. She studied painting at the Rhode Island School of Design and illustration at Syracuse University. She later earned an MFA from the Hoffberger School of Painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art. After working for textile design firms and freelancing as a textile designer, she started her own textile and home goods brand Ash & Anchor. A few years ago, she decided to close Ash & Anchor’s doors so that she could spend more time painting and designing, her most favorite part!
