Louella Hill lives in the Shenandoah Valley where she makes cheese, writes about cheese and teaches cheesemaking. She is also creating a hand-drawn map of cheesemakers from Virginia to Georgia (www.southerncheeses.org). She is the author of the book Kitchen Creamery.
