Marianne Power lives with her family in Western Massachusetts. They purchased the home her friend Elizabeth had lived in for ninety-three years, and have been restoring the house and surrounding acreage ever since. They grow flowers, herbs, fruit, and wild concord grapes.Marianne and Elisabeth remained dear friends until Elisabeth’s death at age ninety-nine in 2010.
